Endura thermolight bib tights have water repellent treatment how good is this, or what other options

Better one's i've tried are lusso max repel and aqua zero tights from ride bosh. Both around £50.
At the end of the day the coating is the same you would get from coating your bibs in TX direct.

Have been happy with my Castelli Nanoflex bibs and leg-warmers so far.. trying to be religious with cleaning them properly though.
