Had a read. It's not a ban. It is the introduction of regulation (some of which is akin to what we have over here already). Seems more cautious in terms of both road and off road use though… perhaps it'll loosen up in future on an area by area basis? Perhaps our regs will work the other way, and get tighter on an area by area basis?
