Golborne cycle centre on Golborne High street is highly recommended, technically in Warrington but 10 minutes drive from Warrington town centre
Thatto cycles in neighbouring St Helens are top notch
The best is Ron Spencer, he passed awaya few years ago but his son alex runs it. They are online for directions.
Cycle house are a great bunch of guys IMHO.
