A bit of advice if I may please. I've got to send a frame back for a warranty replacement, who should pay for the shipping?

I've always paid there, they've paid back.
Don't know if that's how it 'should' be done.

I've only returned a couple of things (never a frame) and the seller has paid, in fact they arranged collection. Just box it up and wait for the courier.

With SOGA - you need to deliver it back at your cost
With a warranty outside of SOGA, it'd be whatever the Ts&Cs say or whatever they decide at the time
