I didn't want to crash someone else's thread but after reading a recent warranty woes thread.
I know I'll probably get shot down for this so parachute and flame suit on.
A lot of people on here and other forums all moan and complain about Santa Cruz, the cost of, etc. but this is my actual experience with them;
Me : here's a photo of my frame as there is something not quite right with it.
SC (through Stif cycles): hmm, that is odd, what colour would you like your new frame in?
A week later I am holding a new Bronson frame.
That's why I'd happy to buy another SC bike without hesitation.
Sounds more like Stif being good there to give them the credit. Heard of much more faffy SC experiences when dealing with other shops

As above, that's nothing to do with SC, more Stif.
My experience with Jungle when they did the deed was that they couldn't understand why I didn't want a Red swingarm to fix my blue frame.
Jungle = Stif, shirley?
