If bought from Wahoo themselves they state 2 year warranty on their site.

CRC/wiggle replied to me via email to say 2 year (but it's not on their website that I can see?)

Then Evans say 1 year warranty and link me to this:

https://uk.wahoofitness.com/returns-and-warranty

What gives? Is it dependent upon who you buy from rather than a "blanket" 2 year warranty in the UK?

Cheers guys.

EU law says 2 years regardless of where you bought in the UK. https://www.google.com/amp/s/europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/faq/indexamp_en.htm

Key bit on the Wahoo page is "For consumers within the European Union, the limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights under EU law."

I am still waiting for Evans to reply on a warranty claim from June, in the meantime Garmin sorted it for me without any fuss, just a decent delay.

Yeah,I would think the EU bit will become a moot point on the 31st December?
