[Closed] Wahoo elemnt faulty, wiggle contact?

My wife brought me a elemnt bolt last Christmas, been fine till this weekend, started dropping gps, then black areas on the screen, would randomly switch off then wouldn't go back, now it operates fine but the back light function doesn't work.

Do these have 1 or 2 year warranty, if its one year then it ran out on Friday the 13th 😆, I've emailed wiggle asking if its warranty or if not can wahoo repair it, is this the only contact for them? Would rather speak on the phone but I cant see a number anywhere?

I don't have a number but I emailed them last Friday at 8am about a problem I had with an item and they replied at 17:40pm the same day so they are quite efficient via email.

And this morning they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the item (zip no longer engages on a jacket)

I recently had a Wahoo tickerFit die on me and Wahoo handled a warranty claim directly when I contacted them (they shipped out a new unit directly to me after seeing the proof of purchase). That might be worth a try if you are still in your warranty period.

I had an elemnt bolt purchased when they were first released which started showing black spots in corners recently. Emailed them a few weeks back with proof of purchase, they got me to destroy mine and send photos and then they sent me out a new one next day. Great service

I've used the contact form for warranty before.

It probably gets logged into the correct place quicker that way, but email shouldn't take too long for them to get to.
