I'm confused about the evolution of the Djab. I have an early 2008 frame which I thought took up to 120mm forks. looks like this

According to this thread on retrobike it can take 140mm:

As it has the brace by the rear disc

I think the later one's had this removed. I've now seen a [url= http://tinyurl.com/85lgowk ]listing on ebay showing the 2012 model[/url] with this brace included??

I thought the later models (for 140mm) had more substantial bracing at the front.

The brace was added later, I had both the braced and unbraced model and I think they started rating them to 140 later on. Looks like you have the 2nd of the versions I have seen, I would think it would ride like a barge at 140mm I rode mine at 100mm and it was spot on for me.

yea.. I had 100m SID's on mine and it was perfect. Just confused about the brace as i thought it was removed from 2009 onwards

Saw one with 140s's on and it did look a bit of a chopper. Geometry looks best suited to 100-120mm forks anyway.
