Have had a look at the settings (phone and software) but can't see what's happening. When I go into track details it has info for distance, time, average speed, top speed but actual distance, height gained and height lost all have ? beside them.
Any ideas?
Email Viewranger this morning and got a reply straight back, it's because I downloaded using the OTA mobile purchase and they don't include altitude files.
They can be downloaded here:
[url] http://support.viewranger.com/wikihelp/index.php/UK_Altitude_Files [/url]
(ZIP file containing all of them) and then copied into the viewranger folder on the phone.
Very impressed with the speed they answered my question!
