Anyone running the Vitoria Agarro as a front tyre? Looks like it could be good for an all conditions trail tyre.

Depends on the terrain a lot, I have 2.6 Agarro in the rear now and it is like a sled on snow when there is any mud or sticky wet dirt on trail. But it is so incredibly fast on harder surfaces that I’m reluctant to change it just now.

Ah.. so probably not a great choice for a winter front tyre 😂

Hmm, I was also looking at these to replace an aging Chunky Monkey on the front.

My local stuff can be sandy, so may be ok

May look for an alternative!

The Mazza is probably more of a winter front tyre but they seem in short supply.

I'd like to give one a try if I could find some on sale on a reputable website.

I just bought one to replace a Barzo front, it appears it is just a little bit more aggressive. I haven't fitted it yet. Barzo is great on hard stuff and has never slipped in the wet. I just wanted a bit more confidence from the slightly deeper tread of the Agarro I think!
