We're doing another of our 'Forest Discovery Rides' this Saturday at Alice Holt Forest.
This is not really proper mountain biking, but a nice way to get reluctant or hesitant friends or loved ones onto a bike - partners, parents, friends. A short laid-back off-road woodland ride.

(Slightly) bump(y).
Giving Clive a little bump as I reckon this is a really worthwhile venture!
Oh, and because Clive's a top chap, too! 😉
If the little one is good I'll try to get down to ride with you. Carpark there? Suitable for an unfit dad with a kiddie seat behind? Thanks!
Do you do a lot of these? I'd be in the market for coming on one to get my other half into it a bit in a month or so.
Darn, I'm working tomorrow. No ride then, hell!
Thanks for the interest, all.
We're doing these Forest Discovery Rides monthly, throughout the year.

Car parking? Yes, there is car parking here. A few quid for the whole day.
Alternatively, it's nice off-road route from Bentley station

Suitability for kids? The main 'Family Cycle Track' here is just over 3 miles long, and is populart with kiddy seats, tagalongs, etc. There are a few short gentle climbs, but nothing severe.
