Basically it's a mess by the sound of the description
[i]tatty paint (frame) and marls on stantions(fork).. all a bit rough and ready
sold with a Truvativ stem (RED) and Nukeproof Headset (ropey)
as said all a bit rough and ready.. but a nice package[/I]

Marks on the forks don't look bad to me, the fact that it's a 2-step does though.
Paint falling off is good condition for a ragley isn't it?
