Last week i ventured south to pick up a bike, and went via ChickSands - had a great time.

This weekend im heading to Halifax from the west midlands, is there anywhere anyone could recommend, for a bit of freeirde/trail centre stuff??

Lee Quarry is worth a trip.
All of Calderdale on your doorstep - Blazing Saddles in Hebden will point you in the right direction.

It's all good.
How long have you got?

Watch out on the northshore, it's as slippery as a very slippery thing if it's wet, which it usually is.

Lee Quarry's good, and make sure you head up the link road to Cragg even if just to ride back down it again!

Was grim and not much fun yesterday in the snow mind.
