Amazon look to have them (at varying prices depending on size). I got mine from hardloop who are French and have very little stock it appears, but if they do re-stock I'd recommend them (and the boots themselves).

Just ordered some of the winter ones shown above from bikeinn. I like the mids as ‘shoes’ but if you’re looking for ‘winter shoes’ they’re frustrating because the cuff seems designed to catch a trouser leg and funnel water in. They don’t take a gaiter or cuff well to seal the top.
The winter version looks like an improvement on the top while keeping a sole I like.
