If it comes let it. If it goes, let it. ?? 8th today in Qualifying.... Pretty painful run down the hill but I got to be happy with that and proud of my body! Such a fun track here in Andorra, wish I was fit enough to have more fun!

I think she's probably still recovering from dislocating her shoulder at Ft Bill

She must be hurting. Fair play though, if I dislocated my shoulder last month I'd still be lying on the couch whimpering, not chucking myself down Valnord

Course looks properly mint, excited about watching this one!

It's going to be a busy w/e of viewing with dh on sat, xc on sun and TdF starting too!

Rachel must still be hurting but she may be keeping something back for the finals

Well getting ready here, racing should be good, Hannah for the womens? Looking strong and on form.
Mens Minnaar or Brosnan with Vergier snapping at the heels. Syndicate have pulled a blinder with the 2 new lads there, proper solid top 10 riders.

The link has now been updated to show start times for the riders. Fingers crossed that the weather plays fair end we dont get a repeat of Lourdes.

Just making a cup of tea and I'll be joining you. Should be a cracking race.

I'm with Claudio, my money is on Danny Hart to take the win, especially if they get rain.

Anyone ridden it? Looks crazy steep in parts.

Track is looking good, not so many different types of section though so harder to split it down.

Looking at the track, I really fancy Danny to pull it off, especially if he can avoid the wrong side of the edge he always rides on 🙂

Rain coming in.... Could this be another upset given the large off camber turn at the end?

Atwill obviously likes the steep stuff.

Gutted for Fearon there. Very nice, genuine reaction from the podium too, even though he was ahead of them all

I really don't understand how these riders can ride so casually with a flat tyre, it is just incredible.

Finally managed to get time to watch it, wow what a race!

Disappointed that Tracy fell, i hope Manon starts to get better results and you could tell Rachel was still hurting.

Don't know what to say about the men's race .... I'm impressed Jack didn't wind himself when he landed on his bars, Danny was nuts, Greg almost made it look like he wasn't trying he was so smooth and I'm glad Troy won its about time he got a second win.

Great racing, again gutted for Hannah to crash while "cruising" good shake up and be interesting to see how Rachel is in Lenzerheide next week after what must have been a battering there. I'd still pick Tracy for the overall this year.
For the mens Minnaar is Mr Consistent you don't need to win them all but being on the podium every race does get you there. Hart showed what he has there unfortunately, to win he has to put everything on the line (and still not quite get there) not sure he can put those runs in every week and make it to the end. Compared to Greg and Troy who looked in control and comfortable up there crazy runs won't cut it.
