The curved alloy tube, why the two different angles? I've got a 90o one on my TRP CX9 mini v's and it seems to be pushing the whole brake over.

the noodle?

different angles to suit cable routing aren't they. Maybe your routing before the noodle is pushing it over.

PS are your return springs okay?

Is it the front one you have an issue with? That should be 135deg and the brake cable S bends into it.

As andyl says. I've a 90 degree noodle on the back as this suits the cable routing along the top tube. 135 degree on the front to account for the sweep of the cable from the lever.

No the rear one. It's 90o on the back and it seems to need too much pull. The TRP CX9 is Shimano specific as well.

Need to have a good look and a chinny reckon.
