Whats the best way to rpair a hole albeit a small one in my ust nobby nic.for the size of the hole dont see why Stans sealant wont deal with it,fluid along with air hissing out.

Is it a slice or a hole? Slices are harder...

If it's not too big and not gaping open, stick a standard inner tube patch on the inside. Doesn't need to be big, it only has to be airtight not structural.

Cheers northwind its a thorn hole , bloody big thorn , bit mythed to why the sealant dont work it has been in there a while.

+1 for the stab the tyre plug style. Dont even need to take the tyre off...

I've had success with car tyre plug patches, sticky worm repair kits and normal tube repair kits. Depends on the size of the hole. The secret to all is surface preparation.
