Is it possible to just have my power meter data going to my Bolt while i zwift on another device (this device with be power source and control for zwift)? Basically i want to see avg watts for a ride/segment whilst in a zwift race. Do i just set it to indoor mode or can i get it to passive mode without connecting to my kickr?
Good question. I think in theory the Kickr can connect to both a Bluetooth device (your Mac/PC) and an ANT+ device (your Bolt, or vice versa), but I have enough trouble getting my Kickr Core to just do one protocol or the other that I haven't tried it.
Seems like passive mode is only an option when connected to trainer. I thought this would be easy but it seems that is not the case. Never mind i cant even get my 4iiii to even register anything remotely like what my Core is showing even after calibrating both.
