Do you have it on all the time?
Do you adjust it with the on off lever?
Have you adjusted the pressure internally? (Which I can do, have fiddled already)

All the time
Only if removing a wheel
Tightened up an old one after a lot of use, but generally left alone out of the box

Yes, When I remember
Yes, need to turn it off otherwise I can't get the wheel out
No, I don't think it can be adjusted, wouldn't **** about with it even if I could

Always on, except when taking wheel off. Never adjusted mine yet, it's still solid.

I used to leave it on all the time as I was using a clutch with a non-ramped, but not NW front ring and with it turned off would occasionally lose the chain.

Since I've swapped to NW I have turned it off as an experiment, not lost a chain yet, I probably should turn it back on just for peace of mind though.

On all the time, unless I forget after taking the wheel out.
I take it off to remove the wheel.
I adjusted one of the earlier ones but haven't bothered with my newer one.

Have you adjusted the pressure internally?

yes - possibly the wrong thumb/finger combo from my "exercise routine" but i was surprised to find that i was quite weak and easily bored with the pressure required to change gear

edit easy to adjust and does make a big difference
