Does anyone know if Urge have a crash replacement policy? I had a bit of a crash at the weekend and now my 2 month old Down-o-matic is no more, at least it did its job. I've emailed the retailer and Decade-europe who I think are the distributors, but haven't heard anything yet. Just wondering if it's worth pursuing or if I'm better off just buying something new.
