Looking at organising another foolish middle aged biking jaunt, having done an uplift at inners previously was wondering if there's anything a bit closer. None of us will be on DH bikes so no "red bull" type suggestions please 😆

Pearce Cycles do a lot and the revolution bike park near Oswestry.

Also keep an eye out for Molfre sometimes through Mike Marsden - nice tracks on a nice day nothing too mental

Cheers. We all came back somewhat knackered on Monday night after three days pedalling in Wales! Although if I remember right I was more knackered after 8 runs at inners than I was when we did glentress the day before!

I'd say Descend Hamsterley although the main DH tracks can be heavy going on a shorter travel bike.

I've done Cwmcarn and Innerleithen - both very enjoyable and perfect able on beefier XC bikes.
