I found 2 tiny pin prick holes in my Camelbak bladder where it looked like the inner flange (Oh how I love that word...) of the opening had worn through, which caused a leak. It was from a MULE which was a tad over a year old, so I filled out the returns form and sent back just the bladder, not even the tube and mouthpiece, and went off on holiday.
Whilst away I noticed a £5 credit to my paypal account from CRC and assumed they were refunding my postage, which I never asked for or expected at all.
Nice! 🙂
Then on my return yesterday I found a brand new, complete, Camelbak Scudo waiting for me! £50 worth! Blimey!
So if you're reding this chaps, thanks very very very much, that's above and beyond the call of duty! Me = VERY happy shopper!
