My M775 XT's are just "ok" bite wise. They are properly bled and adjusted but i run them 1 finger and close to the bar so i need a pad with plenty of bite. I've run Superstar Kevlars which lasted ages but seemed a bit wooden. Is it worth paying for EBC or Goodridge pads over Superstar Organic or Kevlars?
Disco pads sintered. 4 sets for £20ish. Last ages and a nice bite.
Sintered pads for the best bite?? I dont think so. I know they last ages but sintered are like metal to metal compared to organic / kevlar organics. Price and longevity arent a concern, bite and power are.
EBC red compound pads are excellent.
Any organic pads then, there wont be a great deal between them.
Having tried to deal with Superstars warrenty department (aka Tango/Fruit/Neils other e-mail address) I wouldn't put any more money their way.
cheers all, will try a set of EBC reds front and see what occurs. If they are not much better ill go back to organic Superstars - i've never had an issue with the Kevlars.
