I'm just playing back some coverage on Eurosport of the Brno event in 2019.
Just how hard is this course? To me it doesn't look very technical. I know that video coverage always flattens things out but so much of what is being shown is just wide dusty trail and even tarmac.
Van de Poel out in front but then based on the way the course looks to me I'd have thought it wasn't too much different from a cyclocross course.
Btw, I'm not suggesting it's an easy ride, have I got this wrong?
Thanks for the video. It makes the course looks a bit more interesting than the sections that ES showed. There were still a lot of what looked like really uninteresting bits though.I guess that at that level I was expecting a lot of very testing stuff. I think watching Megavalanche has spoilt me (yes, I know they're totallly different).
