Was just going to order some more HB butter when I noticed Udderly Smoove. You get twice as much for less money. So is it any good?

That's what I use and its great. Cheap and does the job on plenty of long days and bike packing trips.

It’s more liquid than most.

Having used both I would say Happy bottom is better than udderly smoove

Slipstream is far better than both https://www.4slipstream.com/

You dont need much (pea size each side), it dries and it lasts all day. It brilliant

Udderly smooth is more like moisturising cream, bum butter is obviously more like butter.

Both work but I prefer bum butter.

As for volume and value, probably use 10x less bum butter which makes the expensive initial cost much better value (and the knobs are good for bikepacking).

This is also worth a look. Certainly the best I've used.

Veloskin Chamois Cream

Used both.
I found udderly absorbed and so on a long ride it didn't prevent chafing. The HB butter is Brill but too expensive

I found Udderly Smooth too much like a liquid and only good for short rides, I use Squirt Barrier Balm well worth the extra cost and has been fine for 5hrs in the saddle.

Having used both I prefer HBBB it goes further as it is a different consistency and you need much less.

I prefer it to chamois buttr stuff I've used too.

Udderly smooth = Udderly useless. I've got 3/4 of a tub that's been in the cupboard for years. Has anyone tried using it for anything else? Suppose it might be a good moisturiser for really dry/sunburnt skin but no good as chamois cream

Assos is good but expensive. Enzo's buttonhole (IMO) as good as Assos and cheaper.
