Fancy Maxxis High Rollers for a bit of everything. But could be persuaded otherwise. Riding a Soul.

Hans Dampfs, at least on the front but personally due to the abundance of wet and jaggedy rocks I'd run them front and rear (trailstar/pacestar). Failing that Probably RQ's

rode some tubeless racing ralphs round a very wet penmachno thought they were brilliant so fast rolling with surprising levels of grip.

Exactly this.

RQs roll a fair bit better but HDs are bit tougher where jagged rocks are involved.

tried out my Hans Dampfs up at CYB and Penmachno, thought they were great - it's more about what you feel confident riding with

High Rollers (or HR2s) will be fine, as will anything with a decent amount of volume.

Did Snowdon on RQs (tyre depth was a bonus). 2.35 HRs would work, especially STs, and if you have a Minion or similar in a 2.5 for the front that's be even betterer.

Personally I'd run as big as I could for Snowdon and take something lighter for CyB, but that's in a perfect world. 😉
