Got an flint puncture on a pre-work spin this morning and repaired with duck tape.

It's a typical jagged flint slash, and is just over an inch long going across the centre of the tyre. Do I:

A. Repair with a tubeless repair kit;
B. Repair with a piece of toothpaste tube and duck tape, or;
C. Buy a new tyre?

I patch inside with motorbike tyre repair patches, then keep the tyre as long as I would have originally.

What tyre? I might tubeless repair a low prossure 2.4" but if it's a 25mm road tyre, I'd replace it.

If it's a full 1" hole, replace the tyre.
