I'm thinking of doing a loop round the Minch Moor from Innerleithan this coming week. I've never ridden up there, just at the nearby trail centres so I don't have a feel for the likely conditions. The forecast is pretty good for the next few days and wondered what sort of state the "natural" trails are likely to be in? I don't mind the odd bit of mud but I'd rather save it for another day and hit Glentress/Innerleithan if it's going to be a slop-fest.
Thanks for any advice.
