Purchased a saddle from them yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. Now that's service. Free delivery too.
Cheapest place I could find the saddle too.
I purchase quite a lot from Tweeks and have never had a problem with them. Prices can be cheaper than CRC, Wiggle etc too.

I have no affiliation with Tweeks, but I feel a company that gives such good service should be given the recognition they deserve.

I have been buying all the stuff for my race car from Demon Tweeks for years. Having said that, for car stuff they're certainly not the cheapest, but do give very good service.

Glad to hear they're providing the same quality service from their cycling dept.

Maybe they'll do you a deal if you also order those neon car washer jet lights you've been pining for...

From the auto side of things I will never use them again.

Ordered iridium plugs for the car at a cost of around £70 (at least rrp paid,if not more) Found out on the net that the brand recommended to use a slightly different type of plug in the car so I asked if I could have the correct plugs sent out/exchanged.

Customer service couldn't see the a problem as the manufacturer said that they would work.. only the brand later found another plug a better heat range for said car.
This is why the manufacturer sent out the newsletter in the first place. To notify dealers to make changes to the type of plugs sold for a certain car from a certain date (they were bought a year or two since the newsletter came out) Failure to read/receive the update and a snotty attitude on the phone put me off using them again.

I paid full price and probably postage too and got nowhere with what I thought was going to be a case of 'Ahh,I see what you mean,we'll get the best suited plugs exchanged for you..no problem'

So did they eventually exchange the plugs for you after the snottiness? Or was it "Your problem is just that - your problem. Thanks for calling, bye bye now."?

Ordered & paid for a hub from them two weeks ago, received email acknowledgement by return & since then nothing - checked on line & my order is still "in progress" so I assume they don't actually have it in stock then. Pretty piss poor service as website doesn't state if items are in stock or not.

UK mainland delivery usually within 7 days.

would be better if they stated "not in stock" instead of the above message then 👿

This happened to me too but with a gamut bashring. I emailed them to ask when I would be getting it. The next day it arrived. Oddly, 2 days later i then got an email saying it is has been despatched that day.

Tweeks looks pricy imo especially when it comes to motorbike and bike kit.

Get much better prices at my lbs, so for an online seller they seem rather pricey tbh

Similar experience to Dickyboy.

I didn't realise economy delivery meant economy despatch.
