Does anyone have any good routines for using on a turbo trainer? I've just started using one again and its awfully dull, managed about 30mins this evening. Dunno what Im aiming for, just to thrash myself really, but I find I give up to easily if I have no goals.
Find a third arm and thrash away - I'm back soon so thats 3 weeks sorted whilst you can sack this anti social non-sense off and come have some bladdy fun.

There's some decent MP3 files here, 45-60 mins long and genuinely quite tough.
I've got one by the same guys based around the Tabata protocol and I've actually vomited at the end of that one.
