After some advice, having not been able to bike the past few months for various reasons and it looking the same for the coming months I have borrowed a mates turbo trainer.
Are there are decent apps for phone or tablet to help guide me or am just better with old fashioned stop watch and guide. Don't mind paying a few quid for a decent app. Cheers!!
