Is it just me or does anyone else find adjusting the rear mech a Dark Art? New drivetrain fitted a few weeks ago and I somehow managed to get it spot-on. Within the space of 2 rides last week the shifting is awful and even the low end stop has changed throwing the mech into the wheel (on the stand). Something that should be so simple is making me swear lots and scuppered tonight’s ride. Arrrgghhhhh!

Sounds like you've bent your mech hanger to me.

Or it's loose. (some mech hanger designs are just horrible for this)

Cable will have stretched in a few rides, assuming that was part of your new drive train, (although TBF that wouldn't explain the off stops)
