I'm afraid my brain automatically translates "folding bike" into "snapping bike", but I guess it would probably be a good commuter bike if you don't have anywhere to park a regular bike.
I would like to compare a folding solid tyre 3 piece wheel with a 16inch standard wheel and pneumatic tyre. My money would be on the bike being better with the 16inch wheel.
