[Closed] Tubeless rim tape width crossrise?

Just measure the internal width of the rim.

Ok having never used tubeless before and the rim is a curved u section is it the total curved surface or just from inner edge to inner edge across the top to be measured? Thanks

Internal width (edge to edge) and add on 4-5mm

As long as most of the internal width is covered you're good to go.

I always go a little wider with the tape than the internal width like scotroutes says above. In principle you should only need to cover the spoke bed, but the wider coverage is reliable IME.
