Tubeless for a skinflint

I'm a tightwad and need some tubeless gear but obviously want to keep the cost down.
Can people recommend some bargains they've used for their setups?
I need some tape for a mk3 flow rim, valves, syringe to inject and a pump.
Not bothered about pimping my ride with coloured valve stems just something functional.
