Running nobby nic 2.25 Evos non-tubeless with Stans fluid on Rovals fitted to my Yeti 575.
Attempting the WHW at the end of April- will be carrying a couple of tubes and patches in my bag, will also clean the tyres and put fresh fluid in..
I've heard there's some very large water bars for hopping/pushing over on the route and just wondering if there's any point sticking with the tubeless- had them set up like that almost a year with no problems at all..
So- pita or just stick with the current setup?
Ta.

If you do flat, you put a tube in - what's to worry about?
Hang on - I'd forgotten about the tyre shredding midge of Lochaber............

The fact there are water bars is reason enough for staying tubeless!

Yeah, go tubeless and find a nice cushy pressure, the extra suspension and traction on the climbs is worth it! I actually managed to scrabble up a few of the switchbacks* on the Devil's staircase running tubeless rubber queens somewhere between 25 and 30 p.s.i.

*before common sense and lactic took over...

No, I ran T/L on a HT. View from the top of the Staircase in the summer.

Fairly shocked you haven't died already. Rovals on a Yeti just sounds wrong.

They seem to be fine. Fairly light, reasonably wide and I got a bargain price when I bought them...
Not sure about the red alu nipples but hey ho.
