You can run anything with them, some regular tyres will work tubless on non tubless rims, some won't. Though I'd 100% suggest getting some tubless ready tyres, setting them up and running without tubes. One of the best innovations in bikes in the last 10 years.

You can run standard wired or folding tyres fitted with tubes or standard tyres set up with stans sealant (other sealant types are available) and tubeless valves, or tubeless/ust specific tyres which usually come with a weight penalty as the sidewalls and/or tyre carcass construction are reinforced to prevent air leaks when run without stans sealant ( but 60ml of sealant will prevent small punctures from thorns etc).

Personally I'd run normal folding tyres set up tubeless with approx 80ml sealant to be sure of a secure airtight seal as some makes of tyres can suffer from porous sidewalls, I've ran tubeless since 2004 and never had to worry bout punctures....dunno why folk bother with tubes these days.

Folding tyres with a Kevlar braid can often take to tubeless easier than cheap wired tyres, and cheap wired tyres are often made with a poorer rubber compound which does not conform to the trail surface or offer much grip. Don't skimp on cheap tyres as its one area of the bike where the small initiall cost of the upgrade can make a genuine difference to how it handles, and if you are just starting out then take all the help to stay upright you can get
