I need to get the crank arms off unfortunatley there 26mm where as i only have a 22mm removal tool. Has anyone got one spare lying around, or a link so i make sure i get the right thing? thanks

errrrr .... mine's an 8mm Allen key !! the bigger one is the self
extractor locking ring.

From what I can see you take the Allen key out and then what do you do then?

You do need an extractor tool. Where are you fella? I've got one.
