Now that they’ve been out for a while has anyone got any decent feedback on the TruTune spacers? They’re now £89 which makes them cheaper than a lot of the competitor products.
Also has anyone tried them in simpler suspension like a MoCo or Grip fork?
Only tried it in my 180mm Zeb with charger 3 damper.
It's been very impressive and the fork now goes deep into it's travel easier but also seems to measure its travel better and provide a bit more mid-stroke support. I feel it breaks away a bit easier too.
The best tribute I can pay is that I'm not mulling over a coil conversion any more, it's close enough to how I want it to feel.
I do have a coil fork on my trail bike, for reference.
I had one in my Fox 36 and it made a real improvement, the travel felt smoother and like I was getting more out of the fork than with the previous spacers.
I was annoyed I forgot to remove it when I sold that bike and now need to buy another.
Cool. Cheers for the advice.
made a big difference in my 160mm lyrics
made a smaller but still noticeable difference in my 140mn z2s
i really rate them
Love mine on a lyric ultimate
Got one on a 140mm Pike and it’s great. Talk of snake oil is unfair IMO.
I have one in my 36 and it’s made a massive difference, I first saw them at the Ardrock where the demo was one in a big srynge then without.
I understand that some can’t get their head round it but they really do what they say in no the tin, I got two and just put one one the classifieds #stealthad
I can get my head round the linearity bit (i.e. lower pressure than without it as you progress further through travel) but how do they explain the suggested increased small bump sensitivity?
Lyrik people, which air spring and dampers do you have in yours?
I reckon I'm going to get one for my 36 Rhythm.
I think I’m going to try one in my Domain RC and the wife’s Performance 38.
but how do they explain the suggested increased small bump sensitivity?
thats because of the heat absorbtion of the carbon insert, preventing the for stiffening as the air heats up

Had one in my Fox 34sc for a year and it's been working well. The fork was too progressive with no tokens and now feels much better. It acts like -1 or -2 tokens. Perfect for lighter riders.
I reckon I'm going to get one for my 36 Rhythm.
I reckon I'm going to get one for my 36 Rhythm.
@citizenlee , that probably requires the version for the 34 … the normal orange 36 volume spacers don’t fit in the Rhythm.
Yeah, TruTune suggest the 34 version as the walls are thicker on the 36 Rhythm's stanchions.
A shame as otherwise I could have bought the one in the Classifieds for 45 notes 😆
All of my customers who have them say they're impressed. First and foremost though, make sure to do a lower leg service to ensure that your fork is running as good as it can be. There's little point to fitting upgrades if the fork is being held back by dirty contaminated oil and dirt in the lowers.
