I don't race, so not after anything fancy 🙂
Re-lace your wheel with a DT R 460 rim? It'd be a better wheel for much the same money?
I wondered about a new rim, but the existing wheel has a cheap OEM non cartridge hub, so not worth a rebuild IMO
Ah - assumed it was the cartridge job that they all seem to use.
In that case, it looks like a decent wheel for the asking price.
I have a true build road wheel, a rear tiagra with the mach 1 rim, it's my emergency sparenow, but it has done plenty of time on a commuter, under my bulky arse, still straight and does the job, not the lightest but they do work well and cost quite little...
excellent, thanks, just added to my basket, cheers
whilst it may have a wobble in the stand I couldn't feel it while riding.... oh well 🙂
if you don't race just get any old road front wheel, if you use it on the track buy a pit lock skewer
