Just wondered what the calipers were like performance wise compared to sox or even deore?

Can’t specifically say about Slates but I’ve matched Quadiems to XT levers and they are the best brakes I think I’ve ever had. Less modulation than the Quadiems (they were a lot more squishy than current TRPs I believe) but more than a normal Shimano 4-pot setup.
No wondering bite point, still easy to bleed. Winning all round really.
