Or will they be fine with standard Shimano ones?

Thx in advance

I've got Slate T4 (non EVO) on my hard tail and using standard avid rotors they work perfectly.

Think the 2.3mm rotors are for EVO ones.

+1 for Avid rotors with Slate brakes as well as Shimano rotors with DH-R Evo brakes.

Thanks both, I've picked up a cheap T4 (non-evo) as a backup 🙂

I don't know that it is a problem but I'd keep an eye on them as the pads wear in case the pistons start to stick as they get extended a little further than intended with the thinner rotors

I think Ads is correct that the T4 (non Evo) is designed for standard rotors.

My mistake initially.
