That looks awesome in a very geeky way!
Mint: I want!
Kind of like these.
TOO LATE 😀
A kickstarter project... nice. I've supported a couple of these and have been really happy both with what I've ended up with and with the fact I've helped someone start a business without having to sell a large stake to an outside investor.
thats awesome, the monkeylights aren't really quite the same though.
does anyone know where you can get the glowing thread stuff on this bike?

I've seen it on some old north face rucksacks but not on its own for sale.
Search flEbay for "neon rope" there is loads of the stuff, runs on batteries too! Use a saddle bag to put the batteries in..
Think I'm going to give this a go sometime in Winter. 😆

Why not?
There both about being seen/noticed, is it not?
I don't think you'll get seen from behind or in front with the monkey ones as they are just on the spokes - the revo ones shine forward and back as well as to the side.
ta for the neon rope pointer.
The monkeylectric ones are illegal to run on the road iirc, much like cars which are lit underneath - they cause distraction to dirvers.
The revo lights, although not yet tested to euro ratings (so none of this is proven), would, in princal be legal bike lights as they provide illumination to the front and rear in a constant manner when riding the bike.

Oh what's that? A cyclist. I'll not run him over.
