They have a good deal on a bike I'm after, just wondering if anybody has used them in the past and are they open to some light bartering?

Cheers.

Used them when I lived in Cambridgeshire to buy a Kona bike, very keen price, free delivery (150 mile round trip) and a follow up call a month later to check if I was happy with the bike.

Annoyed the hell out of me by showing something as being in stock...placed order only to find it wasn't! Why do mail order places do that??
