Got a fab trip planned first week in September...a weeks mtbing round torridon/Skye. Should be ace but unlike the last trip that was mainly uplifts I'm a tad worried about my fitness ... I've lost a bit of weight recently which should help but any tips... I've been doing stuff every day with one off a week. 3 gym sessions A week interspersed with road/mtbing..... I'm a bit concerned about loadsa climbing every day...

ride a lot between now and then. eat well, don't booze much, rest up the week before.
