I've seen a few signs for it whilst out today but can't find much info and in particular GPS files

I was toying with riding the middle of it (i.e. Ruthin --> Brenig --> Llandegla --> Moel Famau --> Ruthin) in a day this summer, but never got around to it. (Should be about 60 miles / 10,000' of climbing).

I know the top right bit very well, and a few bits near Brenig, but I have no idea what the rest of the terrain is like, especially in the southern half.
