My stumpjumpers shock Gets more holiday than I do. So it's off to have whatevers gone wrong put back in again.
Anyone had a custom rp23 or rp2 built to replace it? Is this a loco job? Don't know if the planned custom shock mount came about. Heard nothing recently.
First day of holiday and everything's all gone bouncy, and not in a good way.

Triad is a good shock when its working, I think its possible to have it simplified though, speak to who you sent it too.

There was a thread a while back with a fella making the Y peice so you can run any shock you want.

Shock? I was a touch surprised. I thought I'd pissed me self till I realised it was damper oil.
A Japanese gangster might last longer than one of these though?

When my triad stuck down I [s]had a go at fixing it myself[/s] broke it.

I replaced it with a stock RP23, think the stroke was a wee bit longer than the triad, I didnt have any issues with it. 2008 model.

Mojo said they could build a custom one (direct mounted shock type) from the triad and the rp23.
Might, no will have to give them a call.
