Well, something that I can cycle and run/gym in, no need to be swim-worthy.

Used to have a pair of Craft cycling shorts with a very thin pad which are now discontinued so probably going to have be a pair of tri-shorts, any reccomendations ?

Longer leg with key/gel pocket would be ideal........

2XU are very nice, if a little pricey.

I have 2 pairs, one by IronMan which are normal cycling short length, but no pockets. The other are by Orca, have a pocket on each hip, but are a bit shorter, but nicer quality. I've run a full marathon and a half in the Orca shorts and the pockets are perfect for gels.

Cheers, Rich

Cycling about 25k (outdoor) "running" on machine in gym (at least until it stops being winter) about 10k...
