Only 65£ on eBay and adjustable by 30mmm via an integrated bush.

Anyone use one?
Can't seem to find it in 31.6, only 30.9?

Aye. Works just as well as the Brand X fixed travel ones.

Travel adjust is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

I use it on the 'dad bike' with the kids seat so both me and my wife can ride it - 200mm for me, 170mm for her.

Thanks mate.👍

Is the air pursue for the cartridge able to be topped up with a shock pump?

Do a search on here similar question asked months back. I’ve got on 2 bikes and no issues over few months.

Someone posted a PSA a few months back as they were being sold for about £50, can't remember the website. It's a sealed cartridge so no air valve. It's pretty much a brand X so feels the same and will hopefully be as reliable.

Yeah, I got one on my main ride, no probs so far so I got two more for a couple of hardtail builds. Operates just like the brand-x I had on another bike, not as fast as the fox transfer it replaced but fast enough.

The PSA was with Sport and Leisure, they still have em but at £65 here. I have a £5 off link you can have if it still works.

Brand-X and many other companies use TranzX for their dropper posts...TranzX sell a variety of models and companies stick their badge on them. The seatposts are generally very good and a great price (although no direct experience of this particular model).

I bought one on the PSA but wasn’t paying attention and bought a 30.9 when I needed 31.6 - will buy a shim at some point but the work bench test suggests nice smooth operation.

Yeah, it's odd as the manufacturer list a 31.6 option but I can't find it for sale *anywhere*.

31.6 USE shims here at Leisure Lakes. SJS have them too for the same price but shipping a little more.

Edited to try make link work.

USE shims are £10 direct from them, with free postage 😁

I posted the original psa a while back, mine's been rock solid for 3 months so far.
Far less wobble out of the box compared to the Brand X on another bike.
Afaik Trans X make them for BX and various other brands.

Update on the reliability on mine after 7 months.

It broke. Went saggy and won't lock in position. Luckily I wasn't far from the car when it failed.

I stripped it down and the air cartridge has failed, but it's a sealed unit so will need replacing. Seems a replacement is £25-30ish. They're very easy to take apart and service for what it worth.

Bit surprised really, I've got brand X / tranz X droppers on all my other bikes and my wife's, and they have been faultless. Oldest is still working just fine after 6 years.
