Anyone got any experience of the tranzx dropper post on one are selling?

Yep got one on my hardtail.
Works fine and no issues, only issue is they are quite a short seatpost so not useful if you need a fair bit of length

Thanks looks like a good price think I need to measure up though I'll need a 27.2 which is the shorter of the options.

Do you mean the ascend? Got a stealth one on my Aeris and so far so good. Plenty long enough for what I need and 125mm drop is 25mm longer than my last dropper.

It isn't the assend I think that is brand x rather than tranzx.

Transx make it, its rebadged as Brand X (And others).

On the assumption that the transx and brand x are the same (as Ben says) then I'm very happy with mine. Stealth routing, but cable release so not faffing with bleeding. Lever is a sensible shape, post goes up and down but not side to side. Just works.

We have BrandX crotch grabber post. So far totally reliable in a year, it developed a squeak when being used, so I used fork stanchion lube and its been silent since...small amount of play, but less than other droppers I have used.
